Forwards incoming calls to a chosen number

How it Works

Based on various criteria, users configure a phone number for their incoming calls to be forwarded to. There are four Call Forwarding options:

Call Forwarding Always: choose a number for your incoming calls to always be forwarded to.

Call Forwarding Busy: choose a number for your incoming calls to be forwarded to when your phone's status is set to busy.

Call Forward No Answer: choose a number for your incoming calls to be forwarded to when incoming calls are unanswered.

Call Forward Not Reachable: choose a number for your incoming calls to be forwarded to when your phone is not reachable.

Benefits

Call Forwarding has various options to ensure that important calls are always forwarded to the correct location based on configured preferences, eliminating the stress associated with a missed call.

  • Set: Dial*72 then the forwarding number
  • Activate: Dial *40
  • Deactivate: Dial *73
 Call Forwarding Busy
  • Set: Dial *41 then the forwarding number
  • Activate: Dial *90
  • Deactivate: Dial *91
 Call Forward No Answer
  • Set: Dial *42 then the forwarding number
  • Activate: Dial *92
  • Deactivate: Dial *93
